We’ve tried to make OfferPal as simple to use as possible – but we’re sure you have many questions and we’ve tried to answer them below. If you have any more please don’t hesitate to drop us an email. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
What Is OfferPal?
OfferPal is a browser extension which can be installed into the Google Chrome browser. Once installed it can be used to find voucher codes and offers at the click of a button when browsing websites.
How Much Does OfferPal Cost?
OfferPal is completely free to use – simply install from the Google Chrome Web Store.
How Does OfferPal Make Money?
OfferPal makes money through the use of affiliate links where we collect a small commission when you use our links. This won’t affect the amount you pay at the checkout.
How Do I Get Started?
We’re really pleased you want to use OfferPal, to get started you simply need to install our extension in the Chrome browser. You can do this from the Chrome Web Store or from our homepage.
Does OffPal Work In Other Browsers Except Chrome
As we’re brand new we currently only work in Google Chrome but we plan to support Firefox, Safari and as many other browsers as possible in the future. Keep an eye out on our website and social media to be notified as soon as they are released.
Does OfferPal Work On Mobile or Tablet Devices
At this time you can only use OfferPal on a desktop or laptop.
Why Did My Voucher Code Not Work?
Oh dear, we’re sorry to hear the voucher code you were trying to use didn’t work.
Some voucher codes have have certain conditions which need to be met. For example they might require a certain spend or are restricted to a small set of products.
Every code is validated before being uploaded into OfferPal and we make the expiry dates clear. But we’re only human and sometimes the expiry date might change or the offer end early. We’d be really grateful if you come across a code which doesn’t work if you could let us know and we’ll investigate and remove as soon as possible. Our email address is email@example.com
What Data Does OfferPal Collect?
The truth to this is very little. We don’t run a newsletter and there’s no registration involved in using OfferPal. We don’t even use Google Analytics on this website or in our extension! We do track however when the extension is clicked – so we can make sure the websites you want included on OfferPal are.
However we do use other services which helps to keep the OfferPal service running smoothly. The extension is served from the Google Chrome Webstore which does keep some statistical data which includes region, installations and uninstallations. But this is in aggregate and can in no way be linked to you.
When you click a link within the extension you may be going through an affiliate link which may track the code you’ve used, basket size and what you’ve bought. We can access this data but to us it’s not identifiable to you – but does allow us to see which codes and offers are more popular and therefore offer you a better service. In addition when using these links a cookie will be written to your computer which will enable the retailer to track the click so OfferPal can be paid a small commission for referring you. This cookie can last anywhere from a day to a year – though you can of course remove or block these.
How Can I Get My Website Added To OfferPal?

But in a nutshell you simple need to send us an email with your website address and any vouchers and offers you would like to list. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
